We are looking for an HR Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. You will be able to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent, while consistently maintaining a focus on growing a strong pipeline. The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in technical recruitment also.
THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE SOME OVERLAP WITH US TIME ZONE DAILY.
Responsibilities -
- Conduct a recruiting strategy meeting with hiring manager to identify needs, identify recruiting approach and discusses methodology to ensure quality of hire goals are met.
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes and procedures for technical requisitions.
- Able to creatively source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels.
- Thoroughly screen candidates to assess relevant knowledge, experience, soft and technical skills.
- Maintain and keep track of worksheets and HR databases.
- Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers and ensure the proper workflow for interviews.
Requirements -
- Minimum 3 years of overall full cycle recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with BambooHR and any other ATS is a plus!
- Excellent skills in Google Sheets and Google Docs and experience with G Suite services, including Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc
- Experience in creatively sourcing for exceptional candidates through multiple channels.
- Understanding of variety of KPI measurements.
- Top-notch communication, genuine empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to consistently operate with a strong sense of urgency and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of all recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of various technical roles and responsibilities.
