Location: Hisar, Haryana

Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Position Overview: Digiland Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to manage HR and reception desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and be familiar with work culture. This role is pivotal in handling student and visitor queries, managing HR duties, and providing seamless reception services. Additionally, the candidate will support our digital marketing and website designing institute by assisting prospective and current students with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Desk Operations:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage student and visitor queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

HR Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee on boarding and training programs.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Admission and Institute Queries:

  • Provide detailed information to prospective students about our digital marketing and website designing courses.
  • Assist in the admission application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and processed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate with the institute's faculty to schedule classes and manage student enrollment.
  • Address student queries and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the institute.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or educational environment.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Western work culture and professional practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
