The HR and Operations Executive will manage team operations, oversee payroll, engage employees, and handle project management to ensure smooth HR and operational functions.
Responsibilities include managing the HR team, developing team goals, monitoring performance, handling payroll processes, addressing payroll queries, ensuring compliance, developing employee engagement programs, conducting surveys, organizing team-building activities, coordinating HR and operational projects, developing project plans, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR and operations.- Understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or HR certification.
Experience with project management tools.
