About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR, Sales, and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the chance to develop your skills across human resources, sales, and marketing in a practical, real-world environment. You will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, and collaborating with our partner companies. Additionally, you will gain exposure to diverse marketing and sales initiatives that drive the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Interview Coordination and Execution:
Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews.
Provide logistical support during the recruitment process.
Participate in the interview process to gain insights into candidate evaluation and selection.
2.Onboarding Assistance:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into the company.
Help with documentation and initial orientation sessions.
Assist with probationary tasks and follow-up activities for new joiners.
3.Support for Partner Companies:
*Collaborate closely with our partner companies to meet their recruitment needs.
*Adapt recruitment strategies to fulfill diverse hiring requirements.
*Help coordinate recruitment efforts to meet the objectives of our partners.
