Bhoomi Bio Products Pvt Ltd is a trailblazing company in India dedicated to developing advanced business and waste clean energy solutions that aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance the environment. Our long-term objective is to create a cleaner environment by substituting fossil fuels in industrial and other sectors. Bio Trend Energy has established a cutting-edge pellet production facility in Sambalpur, Odisha. Our combined biomass pellet production and aggregation capacity is projected to reach approximately 5000 MT per month across India, contributing to a quicker carbon-free transition.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration, providing support across various human resources functions and administration functions. The HR and Admin will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations and Admin Operations and a positive employee experience.

HR Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.

Update internal databases with new hire information

Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

Publish and remove job ads

Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

Develop training and onboarding material

Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents

Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality

Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department

Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information

Admin Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Solves vendor issues regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
  • Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
  • Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other departmental initiatives.
  • Orders office supplies and equipment.
  • Makes sure equipment is in working order.
  • Writes and distributes meeting agendas.
  • Attends meetings and takes detailed notes.
  • Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
  • Provides front desk coverage as needed.
  • Arranges travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for staff.
  • Files expense reports for executives.
  • Handles mileage reimbursement requests.
  • Performs other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of HR operations and administrative processes.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in maintaining personnel records, updating internal databases, and managing payroll data with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Experience in publishing and removing job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, handle vendor issues, and ensure compliance with billing and payment procedures.

Experience in planning events, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including arranging travel, filing expense reports, and handling mileage reimbursement requests.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all HR and administrative matters.

Familiarity with HR software, office management tools, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient documentation and reporting.

Willing to travel in semi urban areas or manufacturing Sites.

Driving License Mandatory.
