Key Responsibilities As HR
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions and managing end to end recruitment.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person before bring it to line managers
- Schedule meetings and interviews with respective department teamleads
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly targets related to calls and emails
- Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Maintaining employee attendance records in both Bitrix and biometrics.
- Reporting performance and salary reviews of candidates to higher management
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Provide timely and accurate communications and responses to enquiries for employees and managers
- Conduct individual audits and get Finance team final approval before payroll provider to process.
- Promote the right work environment in-office and a productive company culture
- Be a confidante for employees to communicate with them about their experience in the workplace and get feedbacks about improvement and suggestions
- Motivate employees to progress and grow in their respective roles to improve employee experience
- Help employees achieve their goals and benchmarks
- Act as a bridge between Management and employees
- Organise occasional fun activities & interactive games - Birthdays, Workversaries
- Following appropriate measure related to employee termination wherever required
- Handling end to end HR functions from Hiring to separations
Key Responsibilities As Admin Executive
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative activities and divide responsibilities to ensure performance of admin staffs
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Negotiating with vendors for all the admin related purchases and finalising the quotes to be approved by the management keeping the cost saving in mind.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary - Office Tshirts stationeries, ID card printing
- All the other admin activities as and when needed
Mandatory
- Good Excel and web applications knowledge.
- Hand- on work experience on Zoho recruit is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English; written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as an HR and Administration.
