Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR functions to support our rapidly growing business.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture by fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements and recommend improvements as needed.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on various topics.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback and training.
- Conduct performance evaluations and goal-setting processes to support employee growth and development.
Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR or similar role in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
