Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Avanashi for an HR and Admin Manager. The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and handling administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience in HR management, preferably in the garment industry
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution
- Attention to detail
