Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment and HR operations, coupled with the ability to adapt and contribute to various strategic projects across the organization. This role is designed to be flexible, providing support across multiple functions including talent acquisition, compliance, administration, and assisting the CEO's office. When recruitment needs are lower, the role will extend to other strategic projects such as vendor management and marketing initiatives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Maintain a candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee office administration tasks including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Organize and coordinate office events and meetings.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives.
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
Engage in and manage strategic projects such as vendor management, marketing initiatives, and other business operations during periods of lower recruitment activity.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a startup environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
