Job Description:*
As an HR and Admin Executive at EVINDIA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of our growing team. This is a versatile position that combines HR generalist responsibilities with administrative tasks, essential for the smooth operation of our early-stage startup. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on diverse challenges and contribute to our mission.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Payroll Management:*
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Handle employee salary queries and discrepancies.
2. *Hiring and Recruitment:*
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process.
3. *Performance Tracking:*
- Monitor and track employee performance.
- Assist in the implementation of performance review systems and provide feedback to employees.
4. *Attendance Management:*
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. *Culture Maintenance:*
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Organize team-building activities and events to promote a strong company culture.
6. *Administrative Support:*
- Handle various administrative tasks as they arise, including office supplies management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to the management team as needed.
7. *Data Entry and Management:*
- Play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by performing data entry tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Leverage data management skills to support various departments, enhancing operational efficiency.

*Qualifications:*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of discretion and professionalism.
