Job Description

  • Recruit talented employees
  • Oversee onboarding efforts
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Forecast future talent or staffing needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles
  • Source potential candidates through hiring events and digital marketing campaigns, including on social media platforms
  • Maintain a database of talent and resources
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
  • Update applicant tracking system
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Fill in around the HR department when necessary+B34
  • Budget for recruitment costs
  • Maintain departmental RoI
  • Consistently, accurately process payroll for 100+ employees
  • Monitor attendance, leave and sickness records, and reflect the same in payroll
  • Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed
  • Research, analyse, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as needed
  • Monitor all accounts continually for accuracy
  • Ensure accurate taxation is applied to each account
  • Provide payroll information to accounts for timely preparation of pay check
  • Participate in end-of-month closing and audits
  • Prepare year-end leave, benefits and compensation reports
  • Maintain regular communication with team leaders/HoDs and management with regards to compensation, leave, sickness and other matters
  • Communicate with HR teams to make necessary changes/updates to accounts
  • Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times
  • Ensure client privacy

    Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in HRM or Diploma in T&D or IR or equivalent required
  • 3+ years experience working in payroll or similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, including ERP software and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in Hindi and English language (additional local language preferred)
  • Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy
  • Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and time management
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Resourceful and tact
