Job Overview

As an HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with data analysis, reporting, and insights. Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in data analysis, reporting, and insights
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct research on human resources best practices and industry trends
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including resume screening and interview coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
