Job Description

  • Support HR Lead to provide any data in formulation of HR policies and presentation
  • Correspondence with staff regarding change/implementation in policies & help embed HR processes
  • Assist in the process of performance review when required
  • Assist in matters of PF & Statutory Compliances
  • Maintain & update data for reports within India & as per global requirements
  • Maintain employee records/files inline with local best practice
  • Resolve employee queries related to leaves, reimbursements, full and final Settlement
  • Deal with day to day HR queries
Environment Policy
  • Should adhere to the company's global environmental policy


Qualifications
  • Any Graduate and or MBA / Post Graduate Diploma is preferred
  • 8-12 years of work experience in supporting the HR function
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, self motivated, well organised, proactive and comfortable liaising with people at all levels in the company
