Support HR Lead to provide any data in formulation of HR policies and presentation
Correspondence with staff regarding change/implementation in policies & help embed HR processes
Assist in the process of performance review when required
Assist in matters of PF & Statutory Compliances
Maintain & update data for reports within India & as per global requirements
Maintain employee records/files inline with local best practice
Resolve employee queries related to leaves, reimbursements, full and final Settlement
Deal with day to day HR queries
Environment Policy
Should adhere to the company's global environmental policy
Qualifications
Any Graduate and or MBA / Post Graduate Diploma is preferred
8-12 years of work experience in supporting the HR function
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, self motivated, well organised, proactive and comfortable liaising with people at all levels in the company
