Working day: Monday to Saturday.(2 & 4 Saturday off)
Working time: 9.30am to 5.30pm
- Job Responsibility:
- Manage the coordination with manning agents for selection of officers and ranks and ensure timely delivery of qualified applicants through proactive and effective recruitment process in accordance with SMS procedure.
- Monitoring available excrew and schedule deployment, anticipating future Company's needs for recruitment3. Verifying that the qualifications and experience of new recruits are genuine.
- Checking application forms and previous Company's records for each seagoing personnel prior to engagement.5. Manage the process of personnel mobilization and demobilization (travel arrangement, visa, hotel accommodation, etc).
- Ensure the correct numbers and suitable personnel arrive on time.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are disseminated and compiled by all employees
- Handle the new crew needs. (safety, services, compensation, benefits, personnel, accommodation, etc)
- Arranging training & Maintaining training record of office staff & seafarers.
- Updating Sign on & Sign off of seafarers.
- Update & maintain crew database on a daily basis
- Ensure having organized-documentation for all crewing matters.
- Align with Finance & HR with the required regular reports; concerning salary, contracts, attendance sheets and vacation schedules, etc.
- Monitor of documents and licenses validity for officers and ranks.
- Validate completeness and validity of crew documents against company requirement and regulations
- Maintaining Crew lists of current manning in respect of each vessel.
- Maintaining personal, medical and training records and certification details of all personnel.
- Keeping all personnel files up to date. Maintaining a computerized database which contains key personal data and assignment history of all personnel.
- Pooling unsuitable seagoing personnel and keeping full records.
