Job OverviewThe HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department. This role involves managing HR data, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in HR systems.
Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, benefits, and compensation.
- Update HRIS with accurate and timely data.
Generate HR reports and analysis as required.- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, system updates, and communication.
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters.
Coordinate employee training and development programs- Provide administrative support to HR team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with HR projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.- Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in HR administration.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
