Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 4 - 5 years

Travel Desk Management (Flight booking/Train booking/Hotel/Car Booking /Bus booking international Currency procurement)

Printing Stationery (ID Cards / Visiting Cards/ Envelopes/ Letterheads/ Voucher Books)

Car Fleet Management/ Car Insurance / Car purchase

SAP- creation of Capex / GRN / Vendor code etc.

Security Arrangements

Vendor Development/ Management

MIS Management

Event management (Picnic, Diwali celebration, Birthday celebration, foreign delegates visit)

Handling GST related and audit queries.

Insurance - GMC / GPA / IAR / D&O / Commercial General policy / SFSP / Trade credit etc

Facility management
Renovation projects

Office Maintenance Security Arrangements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 400,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
