ACADEMICS
Graduate in any related discipline (or equivalent)
EXPERIENCE
Two years or above experience.
OTHER SKILLS
- Understanding of HR related activties and requied statutory compliances of a manufacturing unit
- Preference will be given to person having knowlege of Factories Acts & Rules and of other required legal compliances related on workplace health & safety requirements / ISO 45001 + on requirements of West Bengal Pollution Control Board for a manufacturing unit / ISO 14001.
- Working experience in Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate in English, Hindi and Bengali languages
- Also comfortable on written communication in English
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR related activites
- Responsible for compliance of statutory requirements with respect to Occupational Health & Safety (e.g. ISO 45001, Factories Act & Rules, ESI Act, etc.)
- Maintenance of the Safety Management System.
- Responsible for compliance of statutory requirements with respect to Pollution Control & Environmental Management System
- Responsible for other statutory compliances.
