The HR/Admin Manager is a versatile role that combines human resources and administrative responsibilities. This position supports the efficient functioning of the HR and administrative departments, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking system and candidate databases.
Help facilitate the new employee onboarding process.
Prepare and organize new hire paperwork and documentation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Assist in HR reporting and data management.
Handle confidential HR-related documents with discretion.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrolment and changes.
Support payroll processing and resolve related employee inquiries.
Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll data.
Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Assist in conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls and manage general inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Arrange travel bookings for employees.
Manage accommodation and transportation arrangements.
Maintain travel records and receipts.
Liaise with vendors and service providers.
Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements.
Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably 2-3 years.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic office software.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
