This is a full-time on-site role for a HR & Admin Manager. He/She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, assisting director & taking care of office administration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Willing to manage HR & admin
• Willing to assist director (calendar management, travel arrangement, email coordination, etc...)
