Job Description

Job Title: HR-Admin Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR-Admin Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee employee performance, people management, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build a positive work culture and manage end-to-end HR processes while handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management:

  • Manage end-to-end employee performance, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and engaging company culture that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Address employee grievances and provide resolution in a timely manner.

Administrative Management

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and other administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to HR and admin activities.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business objectives.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and teamwork.
  • Suggest and execute improvements in policies and processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (specialization in HR or Business Administration preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR and/or admin management role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, people management, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
