Job Title: HR-Admin Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
HR-Admin Manager with
3+ years of experience to oversee
employee performance, people management, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build a positive work culture and manage end-to-end HR processes while handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
- Manage end-to-end employee performance, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and engaging company culture that aligns with organizational goals.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and provide resolution in a timely manner.
Administrative Management
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to organizational standards.
- Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and other administrative requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to HR and admin activities.
Strategic Initiatives
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business objectives.
- Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and teamwork.
- Suggest and execute improvements in policies and processes to enhance efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (specialization in HR or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR and/or admin management role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, people management, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
