Approve night attendance and food allowances.

Monitor daily camera recordings.
Check gate passes.
Ensure guard availability and maintain records.
- Payroll and Attendance: -
Enroll new staff in the biometric system.
Check biometric punching for new staff
Obtain payroll signatures if required.
Update payroll attendance and complete attendance register.
Verify attendance with the HR Head.
Process leave and advance forms.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare: -
Intimate targets to floor managers.
Provide and collect grooming sheets, and apply fines if necessary.
Distribute uniforms and gifts to sales toppers.
Arrange joint prayer trophies and cake celebrations.
Maintain personal files.
Update records for left employees.
- Onboarding and Documentation: -
Collect documents for bank account openings.
Update new employee details and maintain joining kits.
Facilitate new employee meetings with senior management.
- Reporting and Coordination: -
Send brand reports, timesheets, and attendance to respective parties.
Monitor staff vacancies and send updates.
Verify advances and update weekly muster rolls.
Check and update monthly duty rosters.
Arrange leader visit calendars.
