Title: HR Admin (Immigration Specialist)

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for handling the entire Immigration visa requests for the company's employees.
This includes guiding and counseling employees on the visa process, liaising with vendors on preparing, submitting, 0061nd tracking visa applications, while ensuring that compliance is maintained according to the various Embassy's immigration regulations and KBR's policies.
The executive will act as the POC for the employees to ensure efficient and timely processing of visas.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Application Management:
Prepare and submit business visa applications for employees.
Collect and verify all necessary documentation for visa applications.
Track the status of submitted visa applications and provide updates to relevant parties.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all visa applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documentation.
Regularly update internal databases with visa application statuses and other relevant information.
Employee Support and Liaison:
Provide guidance and support to employees on visa application processes and requirements.
Answer inquiries related to visa applications and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Assist employees in understanding visa requirements and documentation needs.
Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate visa processing.
Coordinate with external legal advisors and immigration consultants as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of visa applications.
Policy and Process Improvement:
Develop and implement best practices for visa application processes.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies and update internal processes accordingly.
Provide training and updates to internal teams on visa application procedures and compliance requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on visa application statuses and processing times.
Analyze visa application trends and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on visa-related matters.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and immigration laws.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration management software.
