HR & Admin:- Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Develop training and performance management that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as job requirements.
Handle resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
Demonstrate effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, would be preferred at first place.
Update & maintain proper follow ups of the tasks designated and also keep track of employees daily work.
Handle any tasks allotted by MD or CEO of the company and give proper update to the respective higher authority.
Able to cater other multilevel tasks such as tracking online operations sheets, admin staff & other relatable departments.
Maintain proper employee details online and in manual filing system and cater to the management's needs about employee details.
Able to commit atleast 1 to 2 years of job tenure with the company. The final year/s to commit as per the sole discretion of management and will be informed at the time of interview.
