Job Title: HR-Admin (Fashion & Apparel)

Department: Human Resources

Location: YUVAKAA Head Office, Mumbai, Andheri West

Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

As we prepare for our grand launch, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR-Admin to join our team and ensure our human resources and administrative functions run seamlessly.

Job Summary:

The HR-Admin will be a cornerstone in maintaining and enhancing YUVAKAA's HR processes, compliance, and administrative support. This role demands a meticulous and proactive individual who excels in policy adherence, process management, and providing comprehensive support. The role also encompasses managing events and activities, both online and offline, handling administrative contracts and legal policies, ensuring IT facility compliance, maintaining an exemplary work environment, and overseeing travel support and strategic corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and streamline HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies in the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Policy Compliance: Enforce adherence to HR policies and procedures, staying current with changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide robust administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates, particularly within the fashion sector.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to YUVAKAA.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and development programs, ensuring employees have the resources needed for success.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations.
  • Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of events and activities, both online and offline, enhancing employee engagement and brand culture.
  • Administrative Contracts: Manage administrative contracts, ensuring all agreements are current and compliant with legal standards.
  • Legal Policies: Oversee the implementation and adherence to legal policies within the HR department.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and ensuring high standards of workplace hygiene and punctuality.
  • IT Facility Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT facility standards, maintaining 100% operational efficiency of all systems.
  • Facility Assurance: Provide facility assurances to employees and management, ensuring the highest standards of workplace hygiene, punctuality, and overall environment.
  • Travel Support: Manage travel arrangements and support for employees, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Strategic Corporate Deals: Negotiate and secure strategic corporate deals to obtain better offers and partnerships from all vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in HR is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration, with a strong focus on process management, policy compliance, event management, legal policies, IT facility compliance, and strategic corporate deals, preferably in the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
