Job Description:

HR

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other recruitment channels effectively.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements
  • Assist in managing office administration tasks, including correspondence and record-keeping
  • Day to day updation of the salary data for the workers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records for all employees.
  • Address discrepancies and ensure timely reporting for payroll processing.

ADMIN

  • Travel Assistance - Ticket, Hotel & Cab Booking
  • Manage festivals & other celebrations

Requirements

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
  • Any Graduate Degree with relevant work experience
