Roles & Responsibilities: -
Recruitment & Onboarding: JD's creation / Posting JD's / Sourcing / Scheduling for interview / salary negotiation / finalization / releasing the offers, Employee Induction & Onboarding.
Weekly Attendance compilation from CRM & Biometric.
Payroll Processing: Updating the leaves as per the mail received/ Preparing the consolidated attendance/Instructing the payroll team on the salary modification and deduction/post discussion and approved by the management on time every month.
Discipline Management - Ensuring Timely login for all employees across various locations in India. Employee Grievance Handling, Maintaining & updating employee documentation, Policy creation & modification, Training Analysis and coordination with different departments for conducting training and Tests.
Insurance - Adding/deleting of employees, Coordinating with Insurance company for claims settlement/ discuss with the department heads.
Employee Engagement: coordinating & conducting the festival's event in the office, Grievance Handling
Handling Statutory compliances and ensuring all Govt & Labour policies are being followed at all given times.
Maintaining Muster roll, employee registers, Visitor registers and all Documentation required in compliance with labour laws.
Exit formalities: Guiding the resigned employees about exit formalities / Exit interview/ coordinating with different department heads/ No due clearance ADMIN General administration: ticking booking / Vendor management/checking & finalization of bills/ coordinating with the team and taking care of bill payments/ recharging the employee corporate numbers / Visiting cards/ follow up with the tenants / coordinating with office assistance and arrange the things related hygiene & safety of the employees/ Coordinating with building-related issues/ front office related issue.
