We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join us!Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to superiors.
Managing employee separation processes.- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Stay compliant with state, federal, or local labour laws.
- Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct.
Submit Perkeso's claim.- Monitoring employee's attendance.
Announcement of new staff recruitment, staff resignation, redesignation and promotion.
- Other duties are assigned by the HR Manager/immediate superior from time to time.
At least 2 -3 years of working experience

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
