We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Professional to join our dynamic team. The HR Professional will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance on career development.
Compliance: Ensure the organization's HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
