Office Admin (HR) Job Description Who We Are Black Ink is a full-service Business Operations firm that provides consulting, accounting, and financial services. We guide our clients from start-up to growth and the occasional exit. Our roots started in NYC serving our long and diverse client list of leaders in many industries. Our clients are standouts in technology, design, manufacturing, e-commerce, and music. We help our clients with key operational business functions from bookkeeping, payroll, financial modelling and forecasting, HR, and other various business initiatives. Position: Office Admin (HR) Location: Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad Responsibilities:
- Perform all the HR related functions.
- Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner when needed
- Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with the company policy.
- Schedule meetings for staff and managers of associated departments.
- Work alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in 6. compliance with company policy.
- Perform administrative duties such as making reports, sending emails and 8. documentations.
- Occasionally go out for work.
- Perform day to day activities like printing, photocopying. Requirement: a) Minimum 1 year of experience in office executive. b) Proficiency in mail drafting and documenting. c) Good communication and interpersonal skills. d) Good time management and organizational skills. e) Ability to work within a team.
