Job Description

AVOW is an award-winning, global app growth company specializing in mobile OEM advertising. Through its partnerships with mobile OEMs, its proprietary tech AVOW Intelligence, and the joint formation of KYLN, a premium multi-channel distribution platform for game app developers, the company provides access to over 1.5 billion daily active users, and offers clients over 10 million monthly downloads.

As we continue to scale our team in Bangalore, we are looking for an HR Admin to help us manage our admin and organizational tasks for our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should be 1) comfortable with working autonomously, 2) has great communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset, 3) and is willing to jump into a startup environment and build their skills.

What are the main performance objectives in this role

  • People & Culture related tasks
    • Liaise with the Berlin team on office and HR admin related issues
    • Support the P&C team with strategic projects
    • Organize team events
  • Organizational tasks related to the office
    • Monitor the new starter welcome pack inventory
    • Coordinate the first day for the new starters (info about the first day, preparing the welcome pack)
    • Oversee the maintenance of the office space
