Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to facilitate the hiring process
- Employee Onboarding:Support the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of orientation materials and documentation
- Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new team members
- HR Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and benefits
- Handle confidential HR documents with discretion and sensitivity
- Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the HR and Administration departments
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed
- Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Attendance Management:Monitor and record employee attendance, including leaves and time-off requests
- Generate attendance reports for HR and management as required
- Benefits Administration:Assist in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers as needed
- Documentation and Filing:Maintain organized HR and administrative files, both in physical and electronic formats
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies
