- Travel Desk Management (Flight booking/Train booking/Hotel/Car Booking /Bus booking / international Currency procurement)
- Car Fleet Management/ Car Insurance / Car purchase - Mandatory
- Security Arrangements
- PPA insurance
- Skills :
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Well verse with MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Should be able to handle SAP
Responsibilities :
- Travel Planning and Coordination
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Assist with visas and travel documents
- Cost Management and Budgeting
- Ensure travel arrangements adhere to budget and policy.
- Negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.
- Policy Development and Enforcement
- Develop and update travel policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Manage relationships with travel service providers.
- Oversee contracts and service agreements
- Employee Support and Communication
- Provide support for travel-related queries and issues.
- Assist during travel emergencies and changes.
- Maintain accurate travel records.
- Prepare reports on travel activities and expenses.
- Technology and Systems Management
- Implement and manage travel management software.
Ensure integration with HR and financial systems.
