Assist in the development of policies and procedures to support HR practices and objectives.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in performance and benefits programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and benefits administration.
- Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits regulations, and performance management best practices.- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
