Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems and tools that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to identify performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and claims.
Work with external vendors and brokers to manage and negotiate benefits packages.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns to improve retention and morale.
Organize and support sports-related events and activities to enhance team cohesion and company culture.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to performance management and benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on performance metrics, benefits usage, and employee feedback.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures to support HR practices and objectives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in performance and benefits programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR processes.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and benefits administration.
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits regulations, and performance management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
