Job Overview

The House Manager is responsible for the upkeep, and supervision of the individuals to ensure the smooth functioning of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Building Maintenance & Operations on a daily basis to ensure high standards and quality are set.

Maintain a calendar to coordinate regular cleaning duties, pest control, check on the functioning of electrical, plumbing, AC

and other basic amenities. Follow up with concerned individuals on AMC.

Vendors, service providers, manage events & Contractor management.

Track and report on operating costs, ensuring that maintenance, repairs, and utility expenses are within budget.

Supervise the housekeeping staff duties and guide them to maintain the property in its best form by monitoring upkeep of

rooms, restrooms, closets, kitchen and other spaces.

Ensure a comfortable, clean, and secure environment for all in the property.

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth operation of office technology, such as Wi-Fi and telecommunication

systems.

Maintain accurate records of staff attendance.

vendors, and employees.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality Management

Property Management, or a related field (preferred).

3-5 years of experience in hospitality division linked to property operations, facility management, or building services.
