Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Byke Hotels & Resorts in South Goa district. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the hotel, managing laundry services, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Housekeeping Skills: Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures
- Laundry Skills: Familiarity with laundry operations and procedures
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or issues
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical demands of the role, such as standing, bending, and lifting
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations is a plus
