Job Overview

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. This is a full-time position located in Munnar, Kerala, India, and offers a competitive salary range. Join us and be part of our dynamic team!

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or executive
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and supervise a team
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
