Roles And Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
- Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
