Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Cottage Accommodations department. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning housekeeping tasks to sevadhars and ensuring that room and common area cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign housekeeping tasks to sevadhars and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Supervise sevadhars and coordinate with the store manager for cleaning equipment.
• Schedule sevadhar shifts and organize replacements as needed.
• Provide training to sevadhars.
• Regularly take inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as required.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to sevadhars as needed.
• Investigate and address complaints regarding housekeeping services.
• Maintain attendance reports of the sevadhars.
