Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring that the hotel is clean and inviting, including checking rooms and common areas.
- Managing inventory: Ordering and replenishing cleaning products, such as floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves.
Addressing issues: Resolving issues that arise on the job and responding to customer complaints and special requests.- Educating staff: Establishing and teaching staff about cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.
Motivating staff: Motivating team members and providing constructive feedback to employees.
- Reporting to management: Reporting to senior hotel management.
