Housekeeping Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager for Canada, Australia and Hongkong. The ideal candidate will have 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
• Ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Create work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
• Inspect and evaluate the work of housekeeping staff
• Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities and expenses
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-11 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
