We are a prestigious 4-star hotel in Salem seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping within the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising the housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in scheduling and managing housekeeping staff shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
