Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Trainer at Hotel Rama Heritage (Nashik). As a Hotel Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service teams. You will develop training materials, deliver presentations, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Your main goal will be to ensure that our staff members provide exceptional service to our guests and uphold our high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Knowledge of hotel operations and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and technology
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends
- Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or education is a plus
