Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Sales Head/Director of sales
  • Location: Gurgaon
Salary: 10-12LPA( More depends on your interview)
  • Experience: 10-16 years

  • Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in hotel sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Monitoring, handling, and motivating sales team to achieve their individual targets.
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10-16 years of experience in hotel sales*, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software/tools.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: 1,000,
  • 00 - 1,300,000.00 per year
