Welcoming and Checking in Guests
Greet guests and check them in and out of their rooms
Manage online and phone reservations
Verify guests payment methods during check-in
Providing Information and Assistance
Provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding area
Assign rooms to guests and inform them of any specials offered by the hotel
Organize transport services for guests at their request
Administrative Tasks
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
Answer questions and address complaints
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Support Hotel operation, including housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
Requirements
Graduation or equivalent
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-presented and professional appearance
Competency with Microsoft Office
Ability to learn on the job
Excellent customer service skills
Must have flexible hours
