Position: Front Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns
- Front Desk Operations:
- Manage front desk activities, including key cards, guest messages, and mail
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Room Allocation:
- Ensure optimal room allocation and maximize occupancy
- Guest Relations:
- Build strong relationships with guests and ensure loyalty
- Team Management:
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high-quality service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front-office operations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of hotel software and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality establishment
- Strong understanding of front office operations and guest service principles
