Position Title: Hotel Manager

Department: Management

Reports To: Regional Manager/Owner

Job Overview:


The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations to ensure the

highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. This role

involves managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to

enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping,

maintenance, food and beverage, and other services.

Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing and resolving complaints and

ensuring all guests needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work

environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development

opportunities.

Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement

cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control in all areas of the hotel, including guest

rooms, public areas, food and beverage services, and amenities.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational

efficiency for senior management.

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
