Responsible for ensuring the hotel premises and facilities are well-maintained and operational.- Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to identify and resolve issues promptly.- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances according to local and national electrical codes.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance emergencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or installations.
- Uphold hotel standards and policies regarding maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
