Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management (50%):
o Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies.
o Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs.
Improve overall P&L of the park.
o Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
o Implement continuous improvement strategies in guest satisfaction and employee
engagement.
Talent and Team Development (25%):
o Lead and develop staff teams through performance management, training, and professional
development.
o Foster a culture of safety, fun, and growth.
o Manage HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
o Ensure people process compliance by establishing team norms, clarifying roles, aligning with
branch heads goals, implementing performance management systems, setting timely goals,
and creating a culture of appreciation and recognition.
o Inspire and motivate teams with a forward-thinking and ambitious outlook.
Guest Experience and Strategic Vision (25%):
o Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (NP)S and enhance park experience.
o Introduce new events and experiences for park visitors.
o Monitor key performance indicators.
o Monitor competition and industry trends.
o Ensure efficient park operations, maintaining high standards for staff performance and
equipment functionality.
o Oversee health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
o Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. Has
managed a large P&L of 50Cr+ in the past.
o Proficiency in Malayalam, knowledge of local authorities, and experience in sales and
marketing with a track record of improving guest experience metrics.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with local government authorities and external
partners, liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, and
ensure adherence to safety, IMS, statutory, and legal norms.
o Experience in planning and monitoring CSR activities.
