Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Club Ambassador at P&M Relationship Management Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. As a Hotel Club Ambassador, you will be responsible for boosting customer loyalty through expertly crafted food and beverage membership sales and Frequent Traveller Programs. You will also contribute to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Your role will involve engaging with members on an ongoing basis to drive revenue by offering customized loyalty programs.
