Hostess

This is a full-time role as a Hostess at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. The Hostess will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and ensuring smooth operations in the dining area. This is an on-site role located in Mahabaleshwar.

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
• Experience in reservations and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
