Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden at Ezstays in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, organizing events, managing staff, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hostel management or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of student needs and challenges
• Bachelor's degree.
